Fantastic book. I love the balance between spiritual and practical. The "steps" are clear and so well stuctured. There are some great references and other materials to reflect upon, it really gave me food for thought. I recognised so many points in the book (EG DDD, I really dont know how many times a day I get side tracked) and the Deal, Dump Defer technique is a simple yet practical approach I can apply. SImple yet brilliant. I love this book and it will become an effective tool for applying a strong visualisation for success. THANK YOU - Sarah

I really enjoyed this book the steps are clearly defined and simple to follow.
The book includes references of psychology, philosophy and various belief systems. It was a pleasure to read and the first book in many years that I have read cover to cover in 2 days. "The Secret To Your Future History" is simply described with visual tools aswell as stories.

The Secret to Your Future History
What is it that some people can create and achieve major success in their personal and professional lives and others build dreams which remain as empty castles in the air?
Clearly, we all have the ability to create ambitions, goals and dreams – but we may never achieve them despite having purchased and read innumerable self-help books and tapes.
There is a real problem with some self-help books. Psychologists have noted that some styles of self-help books contain little in the way of help and can actually cause more harm than good. They can reinforce perceptions of inferiority by using exceptional role models or presenting unrealistic rewards to those who follow the authors guidance.
More relevantly there are self-help/personal development books ‘out there’ which state explicitly that if you do not get the rewards promised by the author and their book then it’s ‘your fault’ as you did not work hard enough or believe sufficiently in the beneficent powers of the Universe.
THIS BOOK IS DIFFERENT.
• The tips and tools suggested are based upon psychological research
• They are based upon the authors 20 years-experience in training and counselling
• They are as applicable to organisations are they are individuals
• Each of components of the Dream Realisation Technique stand alone

The Fools Journey
A complete guide to The Tarot. The History and Uses of these fascinating cards.

Of all the oracle systems in use today, Tarot is arguably one of the better known. 78 Cards - 22 images which could be said to describe a journey through life and a further 56 which add people and textures to the main chapters of that adventure. As someone who has been exploring the Tarot for several decades, I can honestly say that it one of the most visually poetic embodiments of esoteric teachings available to the student of the arcane. It is frequently misrepresented as simply an oracle and given an esoteric history which is firmly in the realms of the fairy tale but when understood it is a symbolic initiatory system which opens a doorway to spiritual exploration. This book represents a way of taking a journey of self-discovery and in the process developing intuition and genuine insight.

Ramblings of a Rational Mystic
This book is an eclectic mix of comments, mini-essays and provocative opinions on topics such as Near Death Experiences, Witchcraft, Qabalah, Neurology, Psychology, The Secret, Spiritualism and the Paranormal in general. Written so that you can dip in and out of the pages as you wish and with the express intention of offering an explanation of Rational Mysticism – what it is, what it implies and how to treat yourself if you catch it – this is the ideal coffee time read. Depending upon your particular persuasion (sceptic or believer) you will probably find yourself provoked, annoyed and challenged by some of the things in these pages.
But that’s the point…
As Alan says “Playing Devil’s Advocate can provoke thinking and discussion. But if that bothers you just remember that EVERYTHING in this book is a LIE!”

The Concrete Shaman
This book explores the way of the shaman and relates it directly to the Celtic/Druid Tradition The title reflects the idea that even in the most urban of environments the practices of this tradition can be explored and followed. What is needed now is for people to connect honestly with themselves, each other, this planet and the Cosmos in meaningful ways.
What is needed now is a rational approach to the challenges facing this and future generations and the realisation that change starts with the individual.
